Don't forget the slash by the Maine forward on Turco's wrist before the
punch.  They could of called offsetting penalties.  That would changed the
game and may of lead to a quicker goal.
 
The refs were consistant in OT and the teams were able to keep it under
control for the OT.  They were WCHA officals lead by Greg Shepard.
 
It was a real exciting game.  I really enjoyed watching "most" of it on TV.
 The announcers mentioned that the Maine band played "On Wisconsin" and
that there were Wisconsin fans there, as there always are at the Phinal
Phour.  Does the Maine band always play "On Wisconsin" or just in the
Phinal Phour?
