    He was apparently before my time.  I don't recall hearing his
    name mentioned, but then again Northeastern hockey history,
    for all intents and purposes, began in 1980 with the Huskies'
    first Beanpot win.  They really struggled before that; since
    '80 they've been at least competitive every year and dominant
    several years ('82, '88).
