hi.. is the format for the Hockey East Quarterfinals something simliar to
the following
 
#9 at #8, winner to play at #1
 
#7 at #2
#6 at #3
#5 at #4
 
I've heard that the #1 seed gets a bye, but also that the 8 and 9 playoff,
can anyone tell me the real deal?
