Yeah UT would make a great rival.  It will never happen though.  UT is
hemeraging money at an obsene rate.  They are a university in transition
and decline.  The same is true of their teams.  Over the last few years
they have lost about 25% of their "traditional" student body.  Incoming
student body that is, the average time to graduate is 6 to 7 years.  They
could have used the Toledo sports arena where the Toledo Storm of the
ECHL plays.  But UT is losing waaaay to much cash for them to think about
it.
