I recently received my "Schedule of Events" from the St. Louis
group.  In addition to the previous number that I referenced,
they also have a toll-free number of 1-800-94-GAMES
 
Ice Hockey will be at the St. Louis arena.  Ticket prices are
$10.00 for preliminary games and $12.00 for the finals. The entire
series is priced at $70.00.  Games are:
   Monday    July 4  12:00pm & 05:00pm
   Wednesday July 6  07:00pm
   Thursday  July 7  07:00pm
   Friday    July 8  07:00pm
   Saturday  July 9  07:00pm
   Sunday    July 10 10:30am (Bronze) &  03:00pm (Gold)
 
Other sports at the festival are:
archery, badminton, baseball, basketball, bowling, boxing, canoe/kayak,
cyclling, diving, equestrian, fencing, field hockey, figure skating,
gymnastics (artistic and rhythmic), judo, modern pentathlon,
racquetball, roller skating, rowing, sailing, shooting, soccer,
softball, speedskating, synchronized swimming, taekwondo, table tennis,
team handball, tennis, track & field, volleyball, water polo,
weightlifting, and wrestling.
 
The opening ceremony is free and will be staged at the St. Louis
Gateway Arch; closing ceremonies will be after the Gold medal
baseball game in Busch stadium.
