	Albany' Knickerbocker Arena would be perfect for ECAC playoff hockey.
It's centrally located, and now there are 2 local teams with a chance to get
there (Union and RPI). If I remember right, the Knick has already been selected
to host the NCAA Final Four next season. This area can host a successful
tournament if the MAAC Basketball Tournament is any indication. Over 13,000
turned out for last Sunday's games at the Knick, and still over 6,000 on Monday
night after the hometown favorite Siena Saints had been eliminated. The Knick
has a seating capacity between 16,000 and 17,000 for hockey.
