I guess I'm the only one who is tired of what I've been reading, but here goes:

Any insight into why there needs to be so many digs against one's least favorite
teams? Can discussions not break down into arguments and
'my-team-is-better-than-yours' posturing? Do we need to see reminders at the
end of each mailing that someone's favorite team won an NC$$ championship?

Rooting for your team is one thing. Rubbing someone's face in it is another.
How long after a team wins a title are the team's supporters allowed to
advertise the feat? Until the next year's final? Is there no statute of
limitations? Am I being overly critical? Should I lighten up?

I thought when I joined the list that I would be privy to enlightening
discussions on the state of College Hockey. Mostly, this is true. I like the
GO TEAM comments, but I don't like the negative comments. One can talk about
clutch and grab without denigrating it. One can talk about ineligible players
without suggesting it's an epidemic. Can we talk about the different playing
styles employed be conferences (and teams) without selecting 'the best'. Etc.

I don't mean to offend anyone. I find myself reading less and less of the
mailings knowing that I have to sift though hyperbole, propaganda and obvious
bias.

Sorry for whining.
