Jeff Antonovich is the son of former Gopher (and WHA/NHL'er) Mike Antonovich.
He signed with Minnesota-Duluth, but, UMD stats had him as playing in only
one game, and his name came up on hockey-l a couple years back when I wrote:

So it would seem to all fit together. It's pretty certain that we're
talking about the same player here.
