I noticed one mistake in G. M. Finniss's post (what's the G. M. for, anyway?
Just curious...) Anyway, OSU had tied in E. L. once before, even though
they'd never won. I'm not sure what their record is, but it's 1-x-1.
Oh yeah, and I asked my parents, who have Laker season tickets, about LSSU's
problems. They agree that the biggest problem is the lack of a star offensive
player, but they say the goaltending hasn't been terrific, despite the good
stats, and that the team seems generally unmotivated, in spite of some pretty
strong messages sent by Jackson, including sitting several members of the team
out after the OSU tie and playing without a full roster.
I don't know is anyone posted this, but Lacher's mystery illness was an
unusually severe case of chicken pox.
