A few comments before I fall asleep:
Harvard's offense is very impressive, as their passing and puck control gave th
em many more good scoring chances than Brown. On the other side, Geoff Finch c
ame up with one of his most impressive performances in goal for the Bruins, mak
ing a few miraculous saves. He also took a beating as a result of Kennish's el
bow (body) in the 2nd period, which had him down for about a minute. Harvard's
size allowed them to carry puck into the zone, while Brown tried to rely on th
eir superior speed as they played dump and chase for the majority of the game.
It was suprising to see Bright sold out, especially when most of the students
are still home for the holidays. We'll be lucky to see half that many fans at
the Mayor's Cup game this Sunday afternoon between Brown and Providence College
.
Ever True,
