The same goes for taking the top five according to RPI (so RPI's RPI
is not good enough :-) ). If KRACH were used to change the pairwise
comparisons by replacing RPI and modifying the criteria (last 16, vs
TUC, common opponents) that look at straight winning percentage to
include strength of schedule, the selection according to PWCs would
have been unambiguous and resulted in the same field (NMU, OSU, not
Notre Dame) as was actually chosen. This KRACH-modified PWC system
would have given those results without the need to remove Quinnipiac
and the other MAAC teams by hand.
