...which gets me to thinking:  There's been hardly any talk about Hobey
Baker candidates on the list this year, and the field seems to be wide open.
Last season, it was pretty clear from about December on that Kip Miller was
going to win it, and the same was true the season before that with Lane
MacDonald.  My own opinion is that the top candidates from the ECAC are
Harvard's Peter Ciavaglia and Mike Vukonich and RPI's Joe Juneau, who was a
finalist last year.  I wouldn't venture a guess as to candidates from other
leagues, except to say that I'd also boost Emma, and that I've occasionally
heard Maine's Jean-Yves Roy mentioned as well (although as a sophomore he's
a bit of a long shot).  So what do other people think?  Who else has a good
chance at the award?
