St. Anselm recovered from a two goal deficit to tie the game at 2
goals apiece after two periods of play.  They then went on to outscore
the visiting Bowdoin Polar Bears 4-1 in the third period to claim the
6-3 win. Bowdoin's record drops to 11-11-2 (8-11-2 ECAC III).
 
In a move that shocked many, the ECAC III East playoff committee
awarded a playoff berth to Bowdoin even though their conference record
is under .500.  Here are the playoff pairings:

#7 AIC      at #2 Babson
#6 UConn    at #3 Salem St.
#5 Williams at #4 UMass-Boston
