No computer used here, but here is how I think they stack up:
 
1. Steve Piotrowski - As Tim said, the TV ref. He gets assigned the best
     series', in general. He did the World juniors in Alaska last year.
2. Roger Graff - Did the World Jrs this year in Saskatooooooon. No complaints
     with his job at a recent BG-Miami game.
3. (tie) Matt Shegos & Perry Petterle - Ugh, these two are not very good,
     but sometimes they call a good game.
5. Brent Rutherford - Can affect a game with his inconsistency. Was awful
     last week in BG-FSU game.
6. Jim Sotiroff - WILL affect a game with his inconsistency. Also awful in a
     BG-FSU game last week, but a little better in BG-Miami game. I hear he
     is also hated in the minor leagues (AHL?).
 
Dis-Honorable mention goes to Jeff Shell, who was so bad the CCHA canned
him a few years ago. The last time I saw him ref was at a Notre Dame
game, so he is still wearing the stripes, however.
