    This is an NCAA rule, so I don't see how it could have been the commish
    who suspended Mooney.  Fourth DQ earns an automatic four-game suspension.
    Now, the commish could have added some more games if he liked,
    apparently, since the precedent has already been set elsewhere.  Yes, I
    know I'm being picky.
