(BOSTON, Mass.)...Tickets for HOCKEYFEST '91 - the long awaited college
hockey championship weekend bringing the 7th Annual HOCKEY EAST
Championship and the 30th Annual ECAC Division I Tournament to the Boston
Garden - will go on sale Monday, February 11, 1991.
The Boston Garden will begin selling tickets for the three-day Eastern
college hockey event at 11:00 am, Monday Feb. 11, to coincide with the
Beanpot finals slated for that evening. Boston Garden Box Office is open
Monday through Friday, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Sundays/Holidays
from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Tickets for HOCKEYFEST '91 are priced at $14 and $12. Three-night packages
will also be available for $36 and $30, representing a $6 discount off the
individual game ticket price.
Charge orders (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) may also be made by
phoning Ticketron in Boston at (617) 720-3434 or toll-free at 1-800-382-8080.
A $3 per ticket and $0.75 per order charge will be added to all telephone
sales.
Tickets will go on sale at the campus box offices of each league's four
semi-finalists, following the weekend of March 1-2 when both leagues conduct
quarterfinal rounds.

The phone number of the Garden box office is 617-227-3200. The box office
accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and checks up to $100 IF
they are drawn on a Massachusetts bank AND presented more than 24 hours
prior to the event. If you can get to the box office, that's obviously
a much better deal than getting hit with a $3 per ticket charge. You may
want to get your tickets if you're going to the Beanpot Monday. I expect
HOCKEYFEST to sell out.
