Well, the NC$$ is strict on you because you're D-III. It wants
to preserve the integrity of D-III which it has failed to do
for D-I. The fact remains that technically, those things that you
mentioned as violations for Platt St would be violations for D-I as
well. See Syracuse hoops as an example. The fact remains that NC$$
regulations are more complicated than the tax code (quite a feat).
No one knows what is and isn't a violation.
