I am unable to make it to St. Louis and would rather resell my four-seat package to a HOCKEY-L fan (or acquantance thereof) at cost.

I have the confirmation letter from the NCAA that says I was selected to get a package of tickets; the word is that packages will be delivered from the NCAA next week.
