Yep, as the originator of the NHF thread, I wouldn't include yelling for
dropping the ding dong in the same category as accusing a ref of bias
(hereafter known as the Pierre Effect -- in honor of an ex-ECAC ref who
three different schools are *completely* convinced he had a hate-on for
them) or screaming for your team to shoot on pp when they don't even have
possession ... I've seen too many games in the WHL where an entire team is
cycled through waiting for the damn puck to be dropped.
 
I would include a new one, however: screaming about a hand-pass by the
opponent in their defensive zone.  Dunno how many times I have patiently
explained this one to various loud-mouths who have the rule "half right".
A little knowledge is not particularly dangerous... but man is it annoying!
