     Tech 2
     ND 4

Michigan Tech was scoreless through the first 2 periods. The play was
intense and very active. Neither team's defence could get a good grasp
on the game so play ran up and down the ice. At the end of the first
period the score was 2-0 (ND) at the end of the second the score was
3-0. Tech finally found their groove and scored 2 goals in under 1:30.
Play then stalemated until there were only 28 seconds left on the clock.
In an unfortunate move, Tech pulled their golie just as the Fighing Sioux
gained control of the puck and the last goal of the game was made on Tech's
open net.

All in all, Tech made a very strong stand against top rated North Dakota.
As a team in transition, Tech is one to watch (the scouts must think so,
there were 3 or 4 at tonight's game). Tech again plays ND on Sat at 7:05pm.
(I will not be ushering this game so I can't promise to post the score right
 away)
