The ice incident in Cincy reminded me of an old....very old, hockey joke.
 
 
a man went to go ice fishing.
 
just as he was about to start drilling the hole in the ice, he heard a
voice..."there are NO fish there".
 
so he went 40 yds over.
again he heard the voice....
"there are no fish there"
 
so he yelled....WHO ARE YOU?
 
the voice replied..."I am the rink manager"
