Comments:
UIC played much better tonight than last night.  Their passing
improved, their positioning improved, and their level of intensity
improved.  Coach Larry Pedrie sat Defenseman Clay Awe (Sophmore)
tonight in favor of Scott Hendrix (Freshman).  Hendrix did a nice
job; much better than Awe did the night before.  Mike Peron scored
on a seemingly impossible shot.  He was on one leg and let it go
just as he lost his footing.  Askey played a good game in goal for
OSU, but UIC was much more agressive tonight, taking better shots
on goal and getting their shots off more quickly than last night.
Adam Lord had much better protection tonight.  The second goal
scored on a redirected shot in front of the net (which is where
most of both teams were standing at the time - so it seemed).
