I'm sure the record is held by a four year goaltender for
one of those WCHA teams that played about 45 games a
year during the late 70's and early 80's.
 
As far as players go, that's also probably the best place to
look: maybe Chris Felli had an older brother at North
Dakota...  :^)
 
I wonder if any non-goalie has played 50+ games without
a POINT!
