Thanks to Jeff Weiss for compiling the records by school.  I noticed
that former CCHA members Kent and St. Louis were included.  Didn't
Ohio University once have a team in the CCHA also?  The most
surprising inclusion to me was Wyoming.  Does anyone know anything
about them?  Apparently they only played for two seasons.  As Jeff
stated that he obtained this from media guides, the only thing that I
can think was that they were mentioned in someone else's guide.
