To respond to some of the comments and questions that have already been raised:

- Vinnie Auger broke a toe on Monday, and suffered a concussion on
Thursday. He may play tonight against Vermont.
- The "disputed call" with 40 seconds left was for premature substitution
of the goaltender--the sixth player came on the ice before the goalkeeper
coming off was "at the bench and out of the play". Given that Cornell was
trying to change lines at the same time, and the degree of chaos that
usually causes, I wasn't surprised that the linesman called this.
- I guess if you want to consider having to rally in the last 10 seconds of
regulation to tie the team picked dead last in the coaches' poll to be a
good way to start the season, this was a good way to start the season. It's
certainly better than NOT rallying in the last 10 seconds of regulation to
get the tie. It's not quite as good as, for example, beating them.
- This would have been an interesting game with two competent goaltenders.
