    I'm not saying that Detroit should or should not get the 1994 Final Four,
    but don't forget that this year St Paul got 36,000 for three admissions
    while The Joe got 28,000 for only two.  One ticket allowed fans to see
    both semifinals in 1990, unlike this year.  Who knows whether The Joe
    would have gotten 36,000 if the format had been similar to this year?  I
    don't think you can compare the 1990 and 1991 draws.
 
    Detroit has drawn extremely well for the Final Four in the past.  It will
    probably do so again in the future.  I also hope the NCAA will not
    continually award the Final Four to the same site or two sites over and
    over because that site(s) result in the most revenue; there are many
    other places where fans would like to attend the championship.  But I know
    that what I would like isn't likely to happen, either, since one of the
    main reasons the NCAA exists is to generate money.
 
    BTW, no argument on the BU Terrier.
