Someone posted an article about the tradition at BU of chanting 'sieve'
at the opposing goalie and actually holding a sieve on a pole and shaking
it at him. I've attended many BU games myself and heartily join in the
chanting, but I've never seen any actual sieves in the stands. Is there
a reason for this? Was it outlawed by the school or by the NC$$? Let me
know because I wouldn't want to miss out on some way of mentally
tormenting an opposing goalie. Thanks.
