It would be quite amusing if Jerry York did replace Ceglarski at BC.
This is because York replaced Ceglarski at Clarkson when Ceglarski
left for BC. I think Ceglarski and York coached for a combined 25-30
years at Clarkson. However, maybe Ceglarski-York is the order of
succession for college hockey?

As for the Lowell suspension, it seemed as if the reduced and free
rentals along with the cash incentives did merit an investigation.
As one person did mention, the one time free phone call or $5 for
lunch probably happens in a lot of places and isn't worthy of
notice. I think that college hockey is a LOT cleaner than football
or basketball. This is mainly because; their are semi-pro hockey
leagues and that hockey doesn't generate the money or intrest that
the other two do. The college football and basketball really are
farm teams for the pros, while hockey and baseball have other
leagues that are in no way connected with the college leagues.
I've always felt that the NCAA should just forget trying to make
the football and basketball players into students. They should set
up a farm league. Pay the players a controlled stipend (make it
enough to avoid side pay-offs), give the franchises to the schools,
have separate dorms for those players and finally, if a kid wants
to attend classes, great. Since he/she is getting a stipend he/she
would be able to afford tuition. However, no exceptions should be
made for that person, treat him/her as any other student who has a
job on the side. I'm really thankful that college hockey is not at
that level because there would be many small schools, who have solid
programs, that would never be able to compete and lose out.
