        Really, Walt, there might be youngsters reading.  The first
        thing to go is, you know, the plumbing.   Speaking of which,
        a pipe burst in my basement last night and it is not a pretty
        sight (the soaked cardboard boxes don't smell so hot either).
        What do you think is the probability that the Landlord from
        Hell(tm) fixes said pipe before the weekend is up?
