Hi Wayne,

My nominee is John Whelan.

This is the second year in a row I've nominated him for his work with the
ECAC possibilities script and "You Are The Committee" web pages. If I
could, I'd nominate him for the next 10 years, but for now, I'll just go with
this year.  ;-)
