EXACTLY: currently the top seeds get a DOUBLE advantage. Playing lower
seed teams should be the reward for a great regular/league tourney
season. That should be enough. A second advantage of playing a tired
team is just too unfair.

16 teams solves a lot of problems. I would like them to go back to 2
autoseeds per league, that still leaves 6 byes.
