I really want to hear about this one....

With RPI leading 1-0 late in the third, Cornell broke into the RPI zone on
a 2-1 rush. I believe it was Darren Tymchysyn who took a shot that most
people (including our own Jayson Moy) thought was a goal. However, the
referee never signaled a goal and the light never went on. According to WRPI,
it looked like the puck went into & then right out of the net.

With the Cornell players starting to celebrate, RPI grabbed the puck and went
on a 3-1 rush the other way and scored. Quite a huge swing that could determine
whose season continues on to Lake Placid.

I'd really like to hear from anyone at this game - was this really a Cornell
goal?

Inquiring minds.....
