We called the 800 number last week.  They said that the tickets had just
been printed and we should get them in the next 2 weeks.  They also said
that if we don't get them by then (we'll wait until March 15th), to call
back and they will reprint them and hold them at 'Will Call' for us.

P.S. Our group is planning on driving to Kentucky to tour some whiskey
distilleries on that Friday between game days.
