On a less controversial front, has anyone heard anymore about the Great
Western Freezout, since it was just mentioned on a recent posting, I was
wondering if anyone knows about TV possibilities in the S Calif area.  I
know at least one year it was televised.  I also know that attendance has
not been too great.... most of us are out surfing over Thanksgiving,
right?  Seriously, they have had some good teams come out, as they do this
year....if we could get any national coverage at all for the tourney,
college hockey in Calfornia, it might do wonders for the national image of
the sport.....
