Kap and I were just discussing this when your mail landed in my mailbox.
Here are the HE tie-breakers when two teams tie with the same number
of points:
1) Head-to-head league records
2) Most league wins
3) Best record vs. other league teams in descending order
[This is really six tiebreakers - record vs. first-place team
(if the teams aren't tied for first), record vs. second-place
team, etc.]
4) Coin flip
I believe the tiebreakers for > 2 teams tied begin as follows:
1) Head-to-head record among teams
2) Best record vs. other league teams in descending order
