 I still have quite a few 1992 Hockey-L buttons left. If you've delayed putting
 in your request, lost the instructions, whatever, here is your last chance!
 
 Send me via snail-mail a Self-addressed envelope at least 3 1/2" by 6 1/2" in
 size and one dollar.  I will send you a button back (or in the event that I do
 run out of buttons, you will get your dollar back.) No choice of color, sorry!
