Yep.  My mom in Kingston just got the following:

  The purpose of this letter is to inform you that your application was
  NOT selected to purchace tickets for the 2001 NCAA Men's Frozen Four
  at the Pepsi Arena in Albany, N.Y.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the second year in a row submitting an
order by the ticket lottery deadline was not sufficient to guarantee
getting tickets.  I'm glad the NCAA has set policies to prevent a
recurrence of Albany's Regionals+Frozen Four package deal so that
those of us who may not know two yeas in advance what country we'll be
living in will have a decent shot at future Frozen Fours...
