Here are the rankings for the teams in the Olympic Hockey tournament
after completion of teh Round-Robin portion of teh tournament. The
criteria used in the ranking process is the same as that used in
TCHCR, by Keith Instone, with the exception that there is no
provision for a home ice advantage.  Also, due to the fact that there
are no cross-divisional games until the medal round, the rankings of
(B) group teams relative to teh rankings of (A) group teams are
completly meaningless.  The scales are the same since all teams are
assumed equal before a single puck is dropped.  The weight of that
assumption is low enough that it drops out after one game is played.

Kind of interesting that the power ratings pick the second seed as
