EXACTLY.
As I said in a previous post, ("where's the fire?") the simple fact is that
it is the athletes, coaches and officials that make these decisions -- NO
ONE ELSE.
If you don't want to step out onto the ice and risk serious injury, then
stick with club and rec leagues.
