James Tierney appeared in one game for Vermont this year. According to the
Vermont home page (http://www.uvm.edu/~sportspr/hkyindex.html). Thomas also
split the goaltending duties the first three games of his freshman year before
becoming the Cats' #1 goalie, and appears to have missed or been rested for one
game in each of his sophomore and junior years.
