Two quick things:
1) Joe Bertagna was rehired this year by the Boston Bruins as their
goaltending coach. He previously held the postion from 1985-86
to 1990-91.
2) If anyone ever doubted that hockey was a team sport, Maine should
pretty much prove that a very good team is better than a collection
of very good players. Maine may have no Kariya's on the roster,
but they're sure as hell one of the best 'teams' I've seen this
year. I'm sure glad I never posted my preseason thoughts on why
I was confused as to the reason everyone seemed so high on Maine
this year. :)
