With the recent resignation of Kelly Higgins as AD of UAF, it is widely
expected that this Div I hockey school will soon start a nationwide
search for someone to fill the position.  Since Hockey is the flagship
sport of the University (which also boasts a national powerhouse rifle
team), it would seem logical that the University would look for
applicants with deep roots in Division I hockey programs.  UAF can be
contacted at its web site or in Fairbanks at 907-474-7205 (athletic
dept.)
