Acording to the stat-God, mike, here are the numbers for the
Carter-Oates-Jooris line for the '84-5 season.
> Carter Oates Jooris
> SEASON GP G A Pts GP G A Pts GP G A Pts
> 1984-5 37 43 29 72 38 31 60 91 35 23 37 60
They *only* amassed 223 points during the season. I thought that it was
a big accomplishment when a player was able to get 60 points in a
season. But no, the *worse* of the three got only 60 points. There
must have been a rash of goalies getting sun burn on the backs of their
necks that season. I've been at Clarkson since '83, but it's too bad I
can't really remember watching them play. I mean that I was at the
games, but was ignorant of who I should have been watching. Now a
question for mike, does he know of any other line that has racked up
numbers like these three did? I wonder how close (probably not very)
Harvard's Ciavaglia-Donato-Vukonich line came this year?
