Regarding the Ice Breaker overtimes:
 
The procedure used was correct, and was determined by the WCHA Commissioner
Bruce McCloud, and the WCHA Supervisor of Officials Greg Shepherd.
 
The rules cited by Erik Biever are for use in NCAA Tourny play and not for
a tournament such as this.  The posting from Randy May (Oct 11 I believe)
was correct.  This ruling was also verified as correct by no less than 6
WCHA officials, two of which were on the ice at the time.
