*What is happening?*

On Wednesday, March 15th, 2023 from :500 AM to 7:00 AM Data Center
Operations will be performing a software upgrade on the Portland data
center NetApp storage environment, The upgrade process is not expected to
cause any disruption in service and is expected to take 45-60 minutes

*What happens if this work is unsuccessful?*

If the upgrade process is unsuccessful the NetApp software will be rolled
back to the current configuration.
