As of a few hours ago, the power outage impacting one of the redundant
paths has been resolved, so affected services have been restored.  The
fiber cut impacting the other redundant path is still under investigation,
however services should remain unaffected while that work progresses so
long as power remains up on the other path.  We will provide additional
updates as available.
