The Maine State Library held eleven regional meetings on the topic of digital literacy. Now, we're offering the same material, but as a two-hour webinar!
Presented by Janet McKenney and Jared Leadbetter, we are holding this webinar to give every library a chance to participate, whether live or through the recorded webinar.
What we will cover:
-What is digital literacy, and why it's important to libraries and their communities;
-National initiatives, both present-day and immediate future, and how they will impact your library;
-Questions and answers about digital literacy, available resources and how the Maine State Library can help your library participate.
Computer speakers required (to hear the webinar). Microphone is optional. Please email me ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) if you need to confirm that your computer is able to join the webinar.
