Thanks to the over 25 libraries who have already begun the E-rate process for the new funding year! Getting the first step done early means that the second step can be completed sooner as well.

For participating libraries that are interested in knowing what the E-rate schedule looks like, the application windows have been set:

Form 470: now through February 14th. (*** February 7th is the "soft" deadline *** - if you complete Form 470 by February 7th, this will give you a week to complete the next form. If you want until February 14th, you can only complete the next form in the process on March 14th due to filing restrictions!)

Form 471: December 12th through March 14th, 2013. (*** You MUST wait at least 28 days between certifying the Form 470 before filing Form 471! ***)

Form 486: July / August of 2013 to late October of 2013

Form 472 (BEAR): August of 2014 (single invoice) to late October of 2014
