Ditto on receiving instruction books only. I submitted a "new" request for forms and received them within 72 hours.

We've been with the IRS TFOP program for over a decade. In prior years they sent us a PDF form to fill out and return specifying the quantities of forms and instructions we wanted.

This year we were notified by email late in 2022 that we'd just be receiving the same amount we got last year. So far we have received three cases of 1040 instruction booklets, but no 1040 _forms_ yet.
