Scope: UMS and MSLN Connections in/out of Orono

Summary: 
	During the maintenance window, we will be working on some equipment in the Data Canter.  This should not cause any outage to the Data Canter.

Also during the maintenance window we be working on networking equipment in the following buildings:

Deering Hall,
East Annex,
Hitchner Hall,
Winslow Hall

Outages should be brief as equipment is being swapped out.  All work should be complete by 7:00 AM.
